Refund not fully completed
Product is effevtive , however the marketing strategy caught me out at checkout and o ordered a single massage and the pair. The single massager was returned but the company have only refunded £16.91 instead of £39.99 that I paid . The post office tracker shows item has been returned but no acknowledgment of the remainder that is owed to me . This has made me disappointed. Shame because product is good
