Order stuck at warehouse
Currently having a negative experience with this company. My Temu package is stuck at it’s origin scan warehouse because apparently this company does not deliver to P.O. Boxes (not stated anywhere before placing my order) so now I’m attempting to communicate with them VIA email to give them my house address. They only respond once a day and keep asking me for the same information that I have already provided them in previous emails. My package has been stuck at this warehouse since Sunday (Feb 16th) it is now Friday (Feb 22). Absolutely ridiculous.
