Package not delivered at my address, ended up being stolen
Ordered early september, was programmed to be in octobrer, received a notification it was delivered mid september. I put my address for the delivery and it was dropped on a random shop in my city. I went there and the package was already gone (I was working the whole day, so too late I guess and someone snatched it). The owner didn't ask for any ID. Opened a mitigation and it was refused despite my evidences of delivery. I notify this : Their document state that it was delivered at my door and I SIGNED IT. I've never signed anything nor I've seen what the package was like. Be careful with your orders and be ready to fight a lot to get your item/money back. That's basically a scam. Their document explicitly state that it was in person and at my door. None came. Their proofs was a paper stating that the conditions were delivery at my door and sign in person, as well as the package delivered to the OWNER SHOP HANDS. My proofs were my front door, my exchange with the delivery guy (with messages screenshots from me) where we can see where he dropped it and it's not at my address.
