Horrible customer service..
Horrible customer service i asked to be transferred to a new department due to a product issue and the caller acting clueless, but was provided with a number that sent me to the same person. Frustrating how support isnt provided and the service itself is crap. Quick chat is just as bad the responses are slow and not very helpful .. didnt even ask for a order number regarding my case.
