BEYOND INCOMPETENT!
I have been working with Paychex for 2 years trying to correct a mistake they made with the IRS no less and they are now threatening to seize my property! They are beyond incompetent and there is NO follow through. NO ONE will take responsibility for correcting the issue and we have to start over each time we reach out and the players keep changing as it must be a horrible place to work!
