Communication is a wonderful tool...
This is my 5th order I have received in 3 or 4 days. Much better than the 6 to 7 day shipping time. Could never figure out why it took 6 to 7 days to go just 900 miles. So I put my thinking cap on and started researching. Then after working with USPS Advantage customer service, along with Bolds excellent customer service and shipping department team, a few minor procedures were changed that cut shipping time down from 6 to 7 days to 3 to 4 days....usually it is 3 days unless there is a holiday involved, then it's 4 days... I'm a very happy 😊 stacker now 👍

What makes a great experience is doing business with a Great Company! Bold Precious Metals is that Company. Because they have the Greatest customer service team I have ever had the pleasure working with. I've been doing business with BPM for well over 1-1/2 years now, I average 2 orders a month. I don't have any pricing issues, because BPM has the best prices! Period, no question about it. I don't need to worry about packaging, because every order I have received was packaged to prevent any damage. The only issue I've really had, has been trying to figure out why my orders take 6 to 7 days, from the day it was shipped to the day I receive it, and Bold Precious Metals is only 900 miles away. The shipping time is mind boggling to say the least. Now, this is where Bold's customer service team shines like a new Silver Dollar. 😍... I am retired, 70 years old and spent most of my career in Procurement and Logistics. So being the type of person I am, I started gathering information and researching USPS's Ground Advantage Shipping service, before calling Bold's customer service team. It was about 2 months ago that I first contacted them and through good communication, working together, shipping time has dramatically improved the shipping time from 6 to 7 days down to 3 to 4 days, depending on the day of the week it ships and not counting bad weather conditions. No one party is to blame, every system or procedure has room for improvement and the bottom line is the ability to constructively to work together to make things better for all. I can't thank Bold's Customer Service Team enough for doing the great work they do, and with them being a half a world away, is definitely a great milestone. Thank you, Thomas 🙂
My last 3 orders have arrived in 5 days…
My last 3 orders have arrived in 5 days or less. The first two of the 3 was in 4 days. That itself is a 100% improvement 👏 👌. For the longest time I couldn't understand why it took, 7 days to travel 900 miles. For me that was ridiculous. After some research and working with the customer service team, I believe we are on the right track... Thing's may not always go 100% perfect, and I know that Bold is working diligently to constantly improve. And for that is why I continue to buy from Bold Precious Metals. It has been over 1-1/2 years now since I started buying from Bold, and I will continue to do so because they have the best prices and a very large assortment of product to choose from. Nobody beats Bold and I will argue that point with anyone. I am hoping to see Goldbacks as a new item in the future, particularly Idaho Goldbacks, for I will be moving there in the near future. I am giving a special shout-out to the customer team, they are best I've have ever dealt with any company. They shine like a new coin 😊 Thank you and keep up the great work 👍
Bold Precious Metals is the best!
The number one thing that makes my Precious Metals purchases and experience great is undeniably the simple fact is just doing business with Bold Precious Metals! Nobody beats Bold. One thing with this purchase was that I received it in much less shipping time than all my other orders...I am trying to figure it out why this happened, but my only thoughts at this time is that USPS shipped the package a different route, and instead of it going 250 miles further north past the town I live in, then back down is my only explanation...

There are multitudes of Precious Metals dealers throughout the United States and I have found that BPM "Bold Precious Metals" works best for me! I have a specific plan for my accumulation of Gold and Silver. I only have a budget of so much $$$ to work with each month and through my research BPM meets my needs better than any other company out there. They have the best inventory and selection of items in both Gold and Silver for what I am looking for. There prices are also the best across the board. No they are not cheapest on every item, but are on most and I'm not going somewhere else to save a nickel. The bottom line is, in the past year 99% of my purchases have been with BPM. I have had Zero problems and 100% happiness. I have no reason to rock the boat or fish in different waters, BPM is my go-to source for Precious Metals...👍😊
