Beware of Caroll’s e-shop.
Order (for CAROLL to know - no. 501391225) placed by my wife on November, 8 and no delivery till the month end. They provided a link with a parcel tracking number which is evidently false. They do not respond to claims and requests for contact. Communication with anyone but a Bot is impossible. If you call the phone number provided e.g. on Instagram you will be promised (in French) someone speaking English will call you back but certainly it will not come true. It really looks like a fraud.
