False promises of refund. Stay away!
I signed up for a quarter of classes because the sales person promised a refund if the class was not suitable for my child. After the trial lesson, we told her that it was not suitable as my child was too young and after that she stopped responding to my messages. This morning my messages also showed as undelivered. Buyers beware!
