Transparent, Reliable, and a Game-Changer for Our Business
I've been working with Guided Imports for almost four years now, and the experience has been consistently positive. What sets them apart is their transparency—not just with rates, but also with the entire shipping process. They provide clear options for every shipment, allowing us to choose the vessel, the date, and have a precise understanding of when our containers will leave China and arrive at their destination. Compared to AGL, Guided Imports is not only more cost-effective but far superior in communication. With AGL, there's so much uncertainty—I never know exactly when my shipments will be picked up, when they'll leave China, or even if they'll arrive on time. Guided Imports eliminates that guesswork, and their proactive approach has been a game-changer for our business. If you're looking for a freight forwarder that prioritizes transparency, reliability, and control over your supply chain, I highly recommend Guided Imports.
