Poor support, no reimbursement
Please, don't book with this company. I booked with them because google was offering nice discounts, but I truly regret. I had a trip to Doha and booked 2 hotels with this company. However, that was canceled due to extreme weather events. I asked help from agora to get my money back from the hotels, but it did not work. Firstly, it was really had to contact them. Then, they were polite, but even after I showed lots of proofs that my flight was canceled and that I boarded the flight, they kept asking me for a formal official statement from the air company that my flight was canceled, with proof that I was in the flight (which I am still in the process of obtaining), and that it was up to the hotel if the hotel wanted to help me or not. I honestly don't know why I used their service then My conclusion is that they did not really wanted to help, but only find loopholes to not help me Recently I had other flight canceled, and the other company promptly helped with my reimbursement
