Avoid even if no other option
I was the recipient. Tracking number issued, item was not picked up for 4 days until I contacted the supplier. Overall took 9 days for a distance of around 20 km and multiple calls that prompted pick-up and last mile delivery. I don't understand how they can still be in business.
