Great customer service
Great customer service. I contacted customer support after changing my mind and trying to upgrade to the pro. (I didn't realize the pro was a step up from the regular hoop). The same agent stayed in contact with the same email trail vs me having to start over with my concern. I'm excited to receive and start using my hoop.
