The server performance is very poor
I suspect they oversold the server, resulting in the CPU being occupied by multiple users, the CPU performance is very poor, only 2.8Ghz is still shared. The functionality of this server may only be used for VPN purposes, and it can't be used to build a website, so it lags behind and the performance is terrible.
