Initially, their customer service seemed courteous and proactive—but only until the payment was made. Once the payment was completed, their so-called “support” vanished. They refuse to respond to phone calls, emails, or any other means of communication. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening, leaving me feeling like my money is gone forever. To make matters worse, after a month of silence, they sporadically started delivering items one by one, but my order remains incomplete. It’s important to note that this portal is nothing more than a middleman aggregator—they don’t maintain stock but instead procure items from third parties and then ship them to you. This inefficient and deceptive process is unacceptable. Portals like this should be investigated and shut down by the authorities. Students and other buyers, be warned—if you order from this portal, you will face endless frustration and delays. It will be nearly impossible to get your concerns addressed, let alone resolved. I have even sent a legal notice to this company, but unsurprisingly, they have not responded. This is the worst platform for purchasing electronic goods. Do not waste your money or time here.
