⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service – Thank You, Tashi! I rarely write reviews, but the exceptional service I received from BuddhaStoneShop truly deserves recognition. Unfortunately, my parcel was delivered to the wrong address by GOFO Nederland and was subsequently lost. Despite the mistake being on the delivery side, GOFO took no responsibility and made no real effort to help resolve the situation. As a customer, that was incredibly disappointing and frustrating.
