Company is horrible with communication
Company is horrible with communication. Signed up and heard nothing for a week. Submitted a ticket and heard nothing. Then got notice prescription was entered for me but not with the right medication. Submitted another ticket. Called customer service and talked to an agent who said someone would contact me. Never heard from anyone and RX i don't want is on its way. So I'm out $170 for something I never wanted. Horrible customer experience.
