I always order my tickets online
I always order my tickets online. The last time I had to cancel and did so within the timeframe. They charged me anyway. I disputed this with my credit card company and they closed the case with me having to pay for tickets. I have canceled just recently and have to dispute again with my credit card. This time they sent a receipt that shows I was to receive a refund. Lousy customer service and they obviously don't back up their refund policy.
