DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
This is my second time writing a review on this company because it seems that the only way to get them to respond to and email or voicemail is to write them a bad review. This company has made me go through almost a month of them not answering. I have been wanting to return a product but during the packaging the smallest price on the product broke. I bought replacement and have the entire rest of the bong untouched. My goal is truly to just return it and get my money back. To be totally honest with you if they responding in a timely manner this would’ve been resolved already. I recommend not buying anything from this company. They seem fake and easily have to worst customer service ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
