I bought a pair of shoes from Mia Bell and ordered based on the size chart they provide for each model. I ordered a size 9, but I received a size 8.5. They also sent me a size chart that does not match the one shown on their website. I’ve tried to resolve the issue, but they say they will charge me for return shipping—even though their advertising clearly states that these items have free returns. On top of that, they only give you 15 days to return the product, and their customer service takes up to three days to respond to emails. This delay seems intentional, as it eats into the return window and makes it harder to send the shoes back in time. Their advertising is misleading in multiple ways: they claim to offer free returns, and their sizing charts are inconsistent and inaccurate. It feels like double false advertising. Customer service representatives also seem trained to avoid providing real solutions or properly addressing questions and requests. I do not recommend buying from this company. They claim to be based in Florida, but the products are actually shipped from China. Stay away from this company! You will lose money and time with them!
