My worst online experience ever
My worst online experience ever I ordered a backpack from Australia which was supposed to be shipped 15 days ago. So I reached out to them asking for an update. They sent me an email saying the bulk shipment was lost in transit and they would not be stocking the item anymore and an old tracking information for an item sent to a completely different country. I feel cheated. It’s been more than 20 days now and they don’t even have the courtesy of adding a note on their website. They still list the item as in stock.
