It was very difficult to place an order on the website. I tried for over two weeks. Alternatively, when I called the phone number (twice) which was listed on the website I got an answering machine with a promise that someone would call me back. I never got a return call. Also, today when I tried to place an order for the original pillow and a King size pillow case, I couldn't load both of them into my cart. So I had to buy the pillow by itself without the pillow case. It was a very frustrating experience! I really worried that the company may be out of business.
