The WORST customer service
The WORST customer service i have EVER seen. I purchased a scooter around 2 years ago now and the last 2 years have been back and forth. Originally i got sent a perfect scooter, it soon came with its issues that were sorted. The scooter had a 2 year warranty so eventually after a while i got sent a refurbished scooter as the previous snapped at the weld point on the frame, when i thought it was sorted the scooter arrived with a broken display, the foldable latch was snapped (hazard) and the tyres had 0 grip left which i had to change. That scooter was a heavily used one it was not refurbished, but we let it go as i was glad i had a new scooter as i used it for work. They stopped responding to emails until the warranty ended and then only said they can't do anything but aparently that part was sent to me? i was sent tracking numbers too which just goes to show how much these do just to fob you off. TERRIBLE company NEVER use it
