Let’s hope you don’t have to return it….
Like many women I suffer unfortunate hair loss and have ordered countless wigs from other companies as a result, and have NEVER had an issue. This is my first time ordering from Geeta hair and I assure you it will be my last. I ordered a precut lace wig, with the obvious intention to wear it, but the wig does not align with my natural hair (or lack thereof). Like a normal person, within 4 days of receipt, I emailed requesting a refund and have been getting the run-around ever since…it’s been almost 2 months. I was offered a $25 refund (on a $200 wig) and told to “give it a chance”. Wtf?? Keep in mind, their site claims hassle-free returns, “best customer service” and “rest assured your money is safe”. What does that even mean? In any case, be warned that unless you are positive the wig will work for you, and you have no intention of returning, fill your boots!! For me, Never again!
