I do not have my bracelet yet.
I have to update my less than positive review to excellent. Dan from support immediately responded to my issue with care and professionalism. I received my bracelet within a week and was even gifted with an extra bracelet and clasp (which was unnecessary). I do like the bracelets but more importantly, I love the customer service.
