No Action
I have been ripped off by a big company, you appointed me a lawyer and that lawyer wrote a letter regarding the issue. I am looking for help to resolve the problem. This lawyer could care less about the problem and plans to do nothing if the company don't write a letter back. No attempt to solve the problem at all. This lawyer could not run an outdoor toilet and that job only requires you to keep a roll of toilet paper in it.
