It is so interesting to me that they don’t allow reviews almost anywhere…. I tried to review on multiple platforms and nothing. Listen, I signed up for this bullshit through life insurance and never should have! To cancel the subscription costs your firstborn I swear! It is idiocracy! I am hopeful my plan will be cancelled but I truly have no hope because it takes 2-5 business days. It ain’t that freaking hard to answer email for cancellations. I was having trouble getting my washer dryer combo repaired by the company that manufactured it. A company was not set up in my area to even repair the washer dryer combo. They set up dates for a technician to come out but the repairman never arrived. so I called Legalshield to help me out. Legalshield was excellent. they addressed my concerns. With in 10 business days. I had a buy back for the full amount. Very happy with outcome. Thank you.

I was given my Will by mail. I went over the paperwork and it said that I need to pay for the death deed which I already paid for for $525. I also did not receive my power of attorney which is already made out and sent in. I feel like they just shoved it through without checking what I did.
