I was having trouble getting my washer…
I was having trouble getting my washer dryer combo repaired by the company that manufactured it. A company was not set up in my area to even repair the washer dryer combo. They set up dates for a technician to come out but the repairman never arrived. so I called Legalshield to help me out. Legalshield was excellent. they addressed my concerns. With in 10 business days. I had a buy back for the full amount. Very happy with outcome. Thank you.
