Zero stars!!!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I contacted this firm during a very important and stressful time in my life, expecting professionalism, clear communication, and respect. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. After providing my debit card information, I asked whether any discounts were available. I was then told there were discounts, but the representative informed me that my payment had already been processed before giving me the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to proceed. I immediately requested that the transaction be canceled and was instructed to submit my request by email. I followed those instructions and sent multiple emails over several days. When I called to follow up, I was told that my emails had never been received. I also spent an excessive amount of time on hold while trying to speak with a supervisor, only to have my calls disconnected or left unanswered. Rather than resolving the issue promptly, I was told my refund would be mailed by check after already waiting over 1 days and that I would have to wait even longer. This entire experience has been frustrating, stressful, and disappointing. I hope this firm improves its customer service, communication, and refund process. Clients deserve to be treated with professionalism, honesty, and respect, especially when they are reaching out during important moments in their lives. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this legal service whatsoever. Good luck?
