Balance 3k+ Frozen, Account Blocked 20+ Pending Order
It started 3 months ago! CJ has frozen all deposited funds since 2-3 months ago. My agent said that I might need some historical data to apply for the funds to be unfrozen. To address this, I deposited additional funds, and over the last 10 days, I have placed orders worth around $300+. However, no order has been shipped out yet, despite my continuous communication about the products and their progress. For some products that are not available in stock, I was asked to either accept alternatives or request refunds for the order amount. All of this is happening because of the $3,900 USD that was suddenly frozen by CJ. To reapply for the funds, I may need some order history. CJ suspected I was involved in money laundering because I tried to withdraw $1,000 a week or so after the funds were deposited. The reason I made the withdrawal was that some items had very high shipping costs, and I needed a shipping agent to assist by providing a warehouse to receive the products from CJ. This agent would then forward all packages to my country. However, CJ stopped my $1,000 withdrawal. Later, when I inquired about the withdrawal progress, they questioned why I had deposited funds and then tried to withdraw them shortly after. The reason was their high shipping costs for my country compared to lower costs for shipments within China. I didn’t anticipate this issue when I initially deposited funds. If I had known, I would have only deposited the necessary amount to cover orders, as I planned to use a shipping agent. This became clear to me when I saw a $2 item showing a shipping cost of $12 or more. I can provide proof of this in the attachments. This is what happened months ago. Now, as I am trying to recover the frozen funds, I needed to place some orders to prove that I am a legitimate customer intending to source products for my dropshipping business. However, this led to my account being blocked! When they finally blocked my account, I was left with no way to check whether the recently purchased products were being shipped, whether I needed to accept alternatives, or whether the products stored in their CA warehouse are in good condition.
