Paid $56.34 and got completely screwed over I bought 11,000 Valorant Points for $56.34 on G2G. The VP was delivered and everything seemed completely normal. I used it to buy a bundle in Valorant. Six days later, the VP was removed from my account and the bundle I bought with it was removed too. I contacted G2G and gave them evidence showing that I had the VP and the bundle before, and that they were both gone afterwards. After reviewing everything, they still denied my refund. So now I'm down $56.34 and I don't even have what I paid for. What makes this even worse is that the money I used was G2G store credit from a previous order where the seller got taken down before they even fulfilled my order. I gave G2G another chance, bought from another seller, and somehow ended up losing my money anyway. I genuinely don't understand what the point of buyer protection is if something like this can happen. I paid for 11,000 VP. I no longer have the 11,000 VP or the items I bought with it. I showed them evidence of what happened and somehow I'm still the one who has to take the loss. G2G support literally refused me without a reason even though I lost a large sum of money in my eyes. Horrible support experience. After dealing with problems with multiple sellers and then seeing how G2G handles it when something actually goes wrong, I seriously regret using this website.
