It's been 12 days since my complaint. I have 500 dollars in my moogold wallet with no support or return. I've spent more than 10,000 dollars in the last few months so that in the end this is what they consider their customers. They don't give a damn about me and my problem
I am a very active user and recently had my account banned because after waiting 3 days to receive a gift and getting no response, I asked for a refund.
