Buyers Beware
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Geeta Hair. Upon receiving my order, I found that the wig lace, the satin bag and the packaging was cut. I reached out to the company to report the damage, which I believe occurred during transit, but their response was far from satisfactory. They insinuated that I might have cut the lace myself and refused to take responsibility for the damage. Instead, they suggested that I contact the shipping company to resolve the issue. As the receiver, I believe it is not my responsibility to handle disputes with the shipping company. Despite understanding that the product may have been in perfect condition when it left their facility, they did not offer any help in resolving the matter. I feel unfairly held liable for the damages caused during transit. It's concerning that the company does not take responsibility for issues arising from their chosen shipping method. Due to their lack of accountability and poor customer service, I would not recommend Geeta Hair. Buyers beware!
