Poor Product and Unresponsive Support from BT-Miners
I bought AE Box miner from BT-Miners on the second of march 2025 for $2,563. It supposed to make 25$ a day, but when I get it the product only delivered $15 at first, now $2 weekly. On top of that they told me to declare it to customs as a “data server” worth $250, which led to €456 fine. I emailed BT-Miners with a formal complaint on 24 July and also text them on WhatsApp on the third of June 2025 and they initially asked me what happened and then they ignore me I’ve heard nothing back. This has cost me money, time, stress, and their lack of support is unacceptable. I want , a refund or compensation and strongly advise others to avoid this company.
