I placed my order on 11/12/24
I placed my order on 11/12/24! Still don’t have my order and no tracking number! I have reached out several times for an update with no answers! My next step will be better business bureau and my bank to try to get a refund! The company is not answering me where my package is except look at their web site and it tells me my order has been fulfilled but I am still waiting for these as gifts for Christmas and it’s 12/16/24!
