The bus was on time
The bus was on time, the ride was comfortable and the driver was courteous. The only feedback was regarding the pick up location in Downtown Dallas. It was a Sunday afternoon so the city hall and convention center were closed. There were no cafes or other places nearby to talk shelter from the extreme heat
