Bought the atom fly more pack 370$
Bought the atom fly more pack 370$. Tried to buy faster shipping right after purchase, nothing tried to cancel my order, nothing. Mind you I’ve already bought the drone off Amazon the next day, an it arrived the same day. They yet to get back to me until my 2nd drone was about to arrive they told me to return to sender.. that was 2 weeks ago, I’ve yet to see any true customer service, instead they’ll accuse you of keeping the drone because one’s connected to a email but as I’ve stated multiple time too them I had bought one after they took forever for them to reply an ship my order. If you’re in the market for a drone I DO NOT RECOMMEND Potensic. Their gear is faulty. Spent the extra money an go with DJI because how I was treated an the customer service was terrible.
