Super poor services from agents who don't use their brains
The chat agents are not helpful and of any use. When a request is raised, nothing is done and they marked the enquiry as solved. I raised requests for the same delivery a few times, each time a different agent responded, and each and every of these agents never bothered to check on the record for past conversation. They simply send you standard reply templates. 2 weeks later, my orders are nowhere to be located. This kind of service... 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
