Three orders ago
Three orders ago, the order never arrived. The last two orders arrived damaged and thawed. The company offered a refund that would arrive on my credit card in seven to ten days. We have been customers for six years. This company has radically changed, It would appear that actually delivering the product to the customer is now second to charging your credit card. We are switching to another company. Buyer beware!
