Excellent customer support
Excellent customer support from Franz on the chat feature. My subscription purchase wasn't great tho. The purchase price was never disclosed before or after I signed up for a one year subscription. Even the receipt did not list what had been transacted to my card. I had to go into my bank account. This problem and an issue about the cost of the subscription led me to customer service. I gave a 5 star review because of the excellent support I received after contacting chat support. The content and streaming service are great and what I was hoping for. I'll keep this for a year. I could not find a way to turn off auto pay except to cancel the subscription.
