We ordered around the date of November…
We ordered around the date of November 23rd. I've had past experience before with multiple orders and have never been disappointed so this is unfortunate to write. It has now been over 3 weeks since we ordered and still have not received an update on shipping or a response from customer support (we reached out earlier this week after waiting a solid two weeks for the package just to be sure). Its unfortunate to have been a customer who told others this company was reputable be stung on my 3rd order. Our order number is #604181. Hopefully they reach out here and can resolve my issue as well as the issues many other customers are experiencing recently.
