Great c/s
Great c/s, Sarah helped me with my chair. Had several conversations with her and she provided me with good information and shipped parts. No repair people in my area which is a problem but will figure things out. It seems I am having bad luck with the chair, not sure who or why is the total cause but hope this will be a good fix. Update, received part, and my son installed everything is working like new. I liked the chair very much I think my luck has changed we fixed the problem. Thank you very much, Sarah was fantastic, and Sofa and Chair responded very well
