Very misleading return policy.
Very misleading return policy. I ordered a standard-size dress with no customizations. Before my order shipped, I contacted customer service to cancel it. My request was denied because they claimed all of their dresses are "custom made" and therefore cannot be canceled or returned. This directly contradicts the return policy on their website, which states that standard-size dresses (excluding final sale items) are eligible for return within 30 days of receiving the order, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and have the original tags attached. Their policy specifically says: "Most items sold on JJ's House may be returned for a refund within 30 days upon receiving your order... Standard size dresses (final sale excluded) ... Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with their tags still attached." It's very frustrating that the written policy says one thing, but customer service says another. If every dress is considered "custom made" and ineligible for return, that should be stated clearly upfront instead of advertising a 30-day return policy for standard-size dresses.
