TruGreen salesman Jovanny and a female associate walked up to my door, explicitly read my extensive "No Soliciting" sign, shook his head, and chose to ignore it anyway. He proceeded to write out a property assessment and hang a marketing leaflet on my door—all of which was captured clearly on my doorbell cam. These people are the same ilk as the aggressive solar salesmen who plague neighborhoods, showing absolutely no regard for anyone but making their sale. Why hire a company whose employees can't follow basic instructions on a front door? To make matters worse, I called the number left on the leaflet to express my discontent, only to get connected right back to the exact same smug salesman. He offered nothing but an insincere apology. Complete lack of professional discipline.
