Dear Compliance and Legal Teams I am writing regarding the crypto swap transaction initiated on December 1 2025 through the Exodus in app swap feature and processed. The transaction has now been held under AML review for 58 days despite full submission of all requested documentation. To date I have received only generic responses with no timeline no internal case reference and no substantive update. This delay is excessive and unreasonable. I hereby formally request that within 7 business days one of the following actions is taken 1 Completion of the review and release of the swapped funds to my designated wallet 2 Refund of the original deposited amount to the sending address less applicable network fees Please confirm receipt of this notice and provide a clear status update including whether any further information is required and a firm resolution date. If this matter is not resolved within the stated timeframe I will proceed with escalation through regulatory and legal channels without further notice. Regards
