Excellent price but poor tracking
Excellent price and I got the product I expected, but tracking could be a little better. Mine stayed at 'Transferring' for well over a week. I even contacted customer service to ask what this meant and if everything was okay. They told me to be patient and get in touch if it hadn't arrived by the expected date. They could have told me that it had actually shipped because it arrived a few days before the due date and then a couple of days later my tracking ticked 'shipped' and 'delivered' in one fell swoop. The black hole period was worrying because it was my first (expensive) order, but all was fine in the end
