Requested cancellation and refund of item due to noncompliance of claim orders are processed 2-3 days. After 19 days from date of order and numerous emails assuring item is being processed, no tracking identification, shipping dates, or any type of confirmation was ever provided. Truly was a frustrating shopping experience since item was meant to be gifted.
