Batik airline with add on KLIA express ticket
have purchased batik air ticket with add on of KLIA express ticket.. However no barcode provided for KLIA express ticket, not able to board the train and required to purchase a new ticket.. Email the airline customer support for 2-3 weeks and received response not answering to my questions and link to the site to purchase KLIA express ticket.. Tried calling the customer support line and is always busy. Ticket bought for the date 6/12/24
