AMAZING Customer Service experience
WOW!! Gotta rave about my amazing Customer Service experience! I placed a 1st time order with Sparkle in Pink and the 3 darling dresses and shoes, received far exceeded my expectations of quality fabrics and manufacturing. I managed to get a couple of sizes incorrect on my part, but..... SIP was happy to support my return/exchange process. Seamless service! I mailed out our returns on a Friday and on Monday am, received notification our replacements shipped without delay. We received the new dresses fast and efficiently within 3 days time. Highly impressive! Nothing like a family owned business for the best in customer service! Looking forward to supporting this small business and SIP delighting my grandkids with seriously cute outfits. Your design team is fabulous!!
