Ordered a product and they shipped it to the wrong address and didn't respond to my attempts for help
Ordered a product and they shipped it to the wrong address, despite confirming with me what the correct address was. Attempted to contact them 3 times with multiple email addresses and they did not respond. Horrible customer service. I'm very sad to have purchased anything from them if this is how they treat their customers (ignoring them).
