Rather disappointing
You were able to book us on the train I requested. However there were 6 of us and lots of luggage so I requested an open car with a table. The seats had a table but were in a compartment. We could not all fit in the compartment so we asked the conductor if we could move. I tried ahead of time to see where the seats were located but your app did not provide that information, or the platform we left from. It was very frustrating and we will not be using Rail ninja again.
